1689-9600 Remote Test Fixture
Requires 1689-9601 for the 1659, 1689-9700, 1692
Test fixture which adapts 1689M & 1693 Digibridges to radial or axial leaded components. Connection made by BNC to BNC cable (1689-9602) included with 1689M/93. Adapts to 1659, 1689 or 1692 via 1689-9601 BNC Adapter Box and 1689-9602 BNC to BNC cable. Fixture includes two axial lead test clips.
1657-5995 Axial-Lead Test Clips (Package of 4)
Replacement axial lead test clips (qty 4) for adapting remote test fixtures (1689-9600/9605) and Digibridges with built-in test fixtures to axial lead components. Accepts components up to 80mm long with a diameter up to 44mm. Accommodates lead diameter up to 1.5mm. Minimum overall length of DUT, including leads, is 22mm. .
1657-9600 Ext Cable
Extender cable with shielded 4-terminal Kelvin connections and guard (3 feet in length) for connecting to Digibridges with built-in test fixtures. Terminated with 5 banana plugs and includes 5 alligator clip.
1700-03 Kelvin Clip Leads
Kelvin clip lead set to 4 BNC’s (30 inches in length) for connecting the 1689/89M, 1693 and the 1689-9601 BNC Adaptor Box to the device under test.
1658-9620 IEEE/Handler Interface
Optional IEEE-488 and handler interfaces for use with 1659, 1689/89M, 1692 & 1693 Digibridges. Provides IEEE-488 interfacing for remote control and data logging to computers and handler interfacing to automatic component sorters and PLC’s. Plugs into instrument rear panel.

Converts the built-in test fixture of the 1659, 1692 or 1689-9700 into four BNC connectors for greater flexibility in connecting to a variety of accessories and devices. .

Four shielded BNC to BNC cables for connecting the 1689M, 1693 or 1689-9601 BNC adaptor to remote fixtures or devices. Included standard with the 1689M & 1693. .

Test fixture, with remote start and go/nogo lights, which adapts 1689M & 1693 Digibridges to radial or axial leaded components. Connection made by BNC to BNC cable (1689-9602) included with 1689M/93. Adapts to 1659, 1689 or 1692 via 1689-9601 BNC Adapter Box and 1689-9602, 1693 BNC to BNC cable. Fixture includes two axial lead test clips. Digibridge must have IEEE-488/Handler interface option for operation of remote start and go/nogo lights .
1689-9604 Digibridge Calibration Kit
A self-contained calibration kit used to calibrate the 1659, 1692, 1689/89M or 1693. Plugs into the built-in test fixtures or remote fixtures. Consists of four resistors, a precision open and precision short. An 17025 Accredited calibration chart is provided with R & Q values for each resistor.
