DE-5000-DTK USB Data Transfer Kit

To transfer data to a PC, the DE-5000 LCR Meter comes with a built-in IR interface. IET offers an optional Data Transfer Kit (DE-5000-DTK). This kit includes: IR-USB interface adapter, a USB cable, and a CD with software for the PC.
