IET manufactures a variety of RTD simulators for the field, the laboratory or automated stations. For high performance consider the RTD series; for programmable and lower cost consider the PRTD or OS series; and for good performance lost cost consider the RS-RTD. All our RTD simulators use physical "real" resistors.
